Question: What do I do when I receive a message such as 'No Printer Installed' when trying to print from Merchant Ag?
Answer: A default printer must be set up when logged into Citrix so Merchant Ag knows where to print. Follow the steps below to either set a default printer or change a default printer.
In the bottom right corner of the computer screen,
- Select ^ (left click)
- Right click on the printer icon
- Select Set Default Printer
- Right click on the printer icon
- Select Printer
- Select Set Default Printer
- Select Close
