Question: What do I do when I receive a message such as 'No Printer Installed' when trying to print from Merchant Ag?


Answer: A default printer must be set up when logged into Citrix so Merchant Ag knows where to print. Follow the steps below to either set a default printer or change a default printer.


In the bottom right corner of the computer screen, 

  • Select (left click)
    • Right click on the printer icon
      • Select Set Default Printer



  • Select Printer
    • Select Set Default Printer



  • Select Close
