Question: When I enter a new line on a F1-Order with a product already listed, why does it combine the item quantity with an existing line? I want to keep the lines separate in order to keep track of separate hand ticket numbers.

Answer: There's a chance that the F9 button has been accidentally selected, which is causing a roll-up of like items to be on the same line.

In the F1-Order screen, check to see if the F9 button is selected.

Example:

In this case, the F9 button is selected which means that the 12.5 gallon quantity being entered for product ID 515643 will automatically roll up with the quantity above, 25 gallons. Instead of keeping the 12.5 gallons on a separate line, we now have 37.5 gallons of product ID 515643 all on one line item.

Click the F9 button to un-select, then re-enter the new product line item.
