Question: I am stuck in Merchant Ag and the top left corner of my MAG screen says 'Not Responding.' What can I do to end my session and start over?


Answer: You can log yourself off of the Citrix Server using the steps below. Once logged out, you will be able to access Merchant Ag again and try your process over. 


From Computer Desktop, 

  • Select ^ (left click)
    • Right click Citrix Workspace icon  
  • Select Connection Center  
  • Within 'Citrix Connection Center' screen, 
    • Select/Highlight the appropriate server (yellow folder) to log off of
      • If you have MAG Live and MAG Test open, there may be two folders to choose between. Select the one that is causing you the problems. 
      • Example: Highlighted below is the MAG Live server - CSTY-CTX-MERC03 
    • Select Log Off
