Question:  My prepay is valid, why will it not apply to any products billing in F1 Orders?


Answer:  The prepay could be not applying for several reasons.  Please see examples below for troubleshooting.



Issue #1 - Prepay is marked "For Fertilizer Only"

  • When this box is selected, the entire prepay can only be used in F3 Batches.  Uncheck this box and Save to make available in F1 Orders.



Issue #2 - Prepay Program is expired

  • If only select items will not apply, check the Available End date on the program type
  • If this date has expired, the program may be need to be swapped, or the dates extended
  • To have dates extended, email the helpdesk with the explanation for need and details
